  • Credit/Debit Card: Payments for evaluations can be made using a valid credit or debit card. Ensure that your card information is up-to-date to avoid any interruptions.

Transaction Security

  • Data Encryption: All payment details are encrypted using advanced SSL technology to ensure your sensitive information remains secure.

  • Verification: For security purposes, you may be asked to verify your payment method, especially for large transactions or when using a new method for the first time.

Payment Failure

  • Common Reasons for Payment Failure: Insufficient funds, incorrect card information, or restrictions set by your bank can cause payment failures. Ensure your details are correct and that your card is authorized for online transactions.

  • How to Resolve Payment Issues: If a payment fails, please verify your card details, check for sufficient funds, and contact your bank for any restrictions. If issues persist, reach out to TX3 Funding support for assistance.

TX3's Refund Policy

Refunds are available if no trades have been executed within 14 days of purchase. For crypto transactions, refunds are not available. Any refund requests must be directed to support@tx3funding.com.
