Cancellation Conditions
No Active Trades: Ensure that all open positions are closed before initiating the cancellation process.
Pending Payouts: Any pending payout requests will be canceled once the account cancellation is confirmed. Make sure to process all payouts before initiating cancellation.
Subscription Fees: Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-month, you will not be refunded for the remaining days of that subscription period.
