Account Inactivity

What happens if your account becomes inactive or disabled.

Inactivity Policy

TX3 Funding challenge and funded accounts are automatically disabled after 60 days of inactivity.

  • The countdown begins from the date the account was issued (based on purchase date).

  • To remain active, you must place at least one trade every 60 days.


Important Notes

  • If an account is disabled due to inactivity and has less than 0.5% drawdown remaining, it will be marked as failed and cannot be reinstated.

  • No refunds are issued for accounts disabled due to inactivity, even if no trades were ever placed.


Reactivation Process

If your account has been disabled but still qualifies for reactivation:

  1. Contact us via email at [email protected].

  2. Reach out through live chat.

  3. If eligible, a new account will be issued to you.


Maintaining activity ensures that your account remains valid and eligible for evaluation or payouts. Be sure to place trades consistently within the required timeframe to avoid unnecessary interruptions.
