Account where a trade has been placed

Once a trade is executed, the account becomes active and is no longer eligible for a refund.

Account disabled due to inactivity

Accounts with no trades for 30 consecutive days are disabled, deemed as a failed challenge, and not eligible for a refund.


Inactivity Policy

Accounts with no trading activity for 30 consecutive days are automatically disabled.

  • This applies even if no trades were ever placed.

  • Once an account is disabled due to inactivity, the challenge is considered failed.

  • No refunds are issued once an account is disabled for inactivity.
