Transitioning to the New Flex Challenge

What happens to Flex accounts opened before 24 August 2026

On 24 August 2026 the previous Flex Challenge model was retired and replaced with a new rule set. This article explains what happens to accounts that were already open on that date.

If you opened your Flex account on or after 24 August 2026, the new rules apply and nothing in this article affects you.

Existing Challenge Accounts

If you were in Phase 1 or Phase 2 on 24 August 2026:

  • You keep trading your account.

  • You can still progress through to a funded account.

  • You will be entitled to one payout, capped at 2% of your account balance.

Existing Funded Accounts

If you held a funded Flex account on 24 August 2026, the outcome depends on whether you had already been paid:

You had not yet received a payout

You are entitled to one more payout, capped at 2% of your account balance.

50% Discount for Affected Traders

  • Every affected trader receives a 50% off coupon.

  • The coupon can be used on a 1-Step or 2-Step Challenge of your choice.

  • It is issued to the email address registered on your TX3 Funding account.
